Yes, pets are allowed with prior consent of First Community Village.

Yes, we have regularly scheduled services for medical appointments and shopping. We also provide transportation for group trips to cultural events and destinations.

A CCRC offers a maintenance-free lifestyle with a range of health care services, all on one campus:
- Independent Living
- Assisted Living for those who need a little help with the activities of daily living
- Memory Care
- Nursing Care in an on-campus Health Care Center
Not all retirement communities offer all these levels of care. First Community Village does.
| Q: | What do the fees include? |
Your one-time entrance fee includes lifetime use of your residence and the security of priority access to our health care services. It features a 90% refundable option, no matter how long you choose to live here, for optimum asset preservation.
Your monthly service fees cover dining, activities, housekeeping and maintenance and other regular aspects of community life.
