The new Transitional Rehabilitation Center offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, with a brand-new therapy gym. We provide individualized treatment plans, and now offer VitalStim therapy, a new, innovative treatment for residents with dysphasia or other swallowing issues. Our Dedicated transitional rehabilitation center, with all private rooms, includes an advanced therapy program for people who've undergone joint replacement surgery.
